Myna WallinMyna Wallin will be reading at the Plasticine Poetry Series this Sunday, April 17th, 2011.

The event begins at 6 pm at The Central, located at 603 Markham Street in Toronto.

Myna Wallin is a poet, prose writer & editor living in Toronto. She has published A Thousand Profane Pieces and Confessions of a Reluctant Cougar, both with Tightrope Books. Her career is taking a sexy turn with a presenter’s gig at The Sixth Annual Feminist Porn Awards this month, and a position teaching erotic writing at U of T’s School of Continuing Studies next fall. Myna’s novel was reviewed recently in the Globe as a “an admirable act of bravery.”

Myna Wallin, author of A Thousand Profane Pieces (Tightrope Books, 2006) received an honourable mention for her poem “Dinner Theatre” in the CV2 2-Day Poem Contest. Congratulations, Myna!
