Celebrating National Poetry Month, and Penn Kemp

Tightrope author Kathryn Mockler will be reading at the event ‘Poet Laureate and Friends,’ presented by the London Arts Council. Come out to the  PL Farewell: celebrate National Poetry Month and London’s First Poet Laureate, Penn Kemp.

Poets Kathryn MocklerDavid HickeyCornelia Hoogland and Karen Schindler will be reading on this year’s National Poetry Month theme of “Balance.” These poets have written extensively about balance between personal and professional lives, between political and ecological values, as well as sustainability, not only of our environment but of also Canadian culture.Penn Kemp will also perform a special tribute and thank you to the late Colleen Thibaudeau Reaney honouring her significant contribution to the Literary Arts and London, Ontario.
