Tightrope Officewarming Party!

By Tightrope Books | August 10th, 2009 | Print This Post | Email This Post | Leave a Comment

Tightrope Books is now a denizen of Toronto’s lovely Mirvish village, where the artistic spirit is as ubiquitous as americanos on patios and cheap toasters at Honest Ed’s.

We’ve just finished unpacking the boxes and painting the walls, so we’re ready to christen our new home with drinks, music, and your company.

Have a drink on us, mingle with good people, and check out some of our books. And unlike a house warming party, an office warming party doesn’t require you bring a kitchen appliance or a plant, but we won’t turn down a ficus if you show up with one.

Come check out our awesome murals designed and painted specially for us by graffiti artist, Elicser (http://www.elicser.com/).

Refreshments available. Also, a limited supply of delicious cupcakes, so come early and don’t miss out.

Thursday, August 20

Doors open at 7 pm.

602 Markham Street, lower level
